How to enter

Books published between 1 July 2004 and 30 June 2005 are eligible for entry
Books must be either published, designed, typeset, printed or bound by the entrant in the United Kingdom.
To enter for the Best British Book the entry must be published, designed, typeset, printed and bound in the United Kingdom.

Please note a maximum of four entries per category are allowed per company or individual.
Entries must be sent in mint condition and packaged securely to avoid damage in transit
The entry form must be correctly completed, in either typed form or in block capitals. Please note that illegible entries will not be submitted.

There is an entry fee of £25.00 (ex VAT) for the first book submitted and £15.00 (ex VAT) for each additional entry submitted by the same individual or company.
Entries will not be accepted without full fee attached either by cheque (please make payable to BPIF Book Awards) or enclose the credit card form (this will be a link to the form). Please do not send cash in the post.

All entries and fees must be received no later than Thursday 30 June 2005 – late entries cannot be accepted.
All finalists will be notified by post in August 2005. All finalists will be asked to complete and return a full book description form and return to the address above 2 weeks after notification. Failure to do so will result in the finalist being withdrawn from the competition.
